Hi hi hi, I'm Dodai Stewart, and I'm a writer and editor! Currently, I’m at the New York Times, as a writer at large on the Metro desk.

My previous experience includes serving as editor in chief of the award-winning website Splinter; before that I served as the deputy editor — and was on the founding team — of Jezebel.com.

My writing has appeared in Entertainment Weekly, Glamour, The Washington Post, New York magazine and The New York Times. 

I was raised in New York, attended the Bronx High School of Science and was a screenwriting major in the Dramatic Writing Department at NYU’s Tisch School Of The Arts.
